First Gold of the 2007 Season

Prairie Berry Winery begins the 2007 awards season by receiving a gold medal for their Raspberry Honeywine at the Florida International Wine Competition. Additional medals awarded to the Hill City winery included silver medals for Black Currant, St. Pepin and Gold Digger, plus a bronze medal each for Heritage, Frontenac Gris and Strawberry Honeywine.

The Florida International Wine Competition takes place at the Florida State Fair in Tampa each year.
