Pottery 2 Paint will be on-site at Prairie Berry Winery Saturday, Oct. 19, from 2:30–5 p.m. for an afternoon of wine and pottery painting.
Whether you’re a novice pottery glazer wanting to learn how to paint or just want to enjoy some laughs and good wine with friends, this event will teach you not to be afraid of painting (the wine also might help conquer that fear).
Cost is $45 and includes a private wine tasting, a complimentary glass of wine, and all materials. Pottery 2 Paint will fire all the pieces, and attendees can elect whether to pick theirs up in the Tasting Room or at Pottery 2 Paint’s location in downtown Rapid City. ABOUT POTTERY 2 PAINT
Located in downtown Rapid City at 1919 Mt. Rushmore Road, Pottery 2 Paint is Rapid City’s paint-your-own pottery studio. With everything from fun to functional, choose a piece from our wide selection of affordable pre-made ceramic pieces. Then, pick your favorite colors from our glaze wall, have a seat and paint away. We have brushes of every size, stamps, stencils, stickers, idea books and more to help you realize your artistic vision. Plus, our staff artists are always available with expert tips and tricks. When you are finished, we will put your piece in the queue to be fired, and in one week, your piece will be ready for you to take home. No experience or appointment necessary.
