- Cranberry, a perennial holiday favorite, with Cranberry White Cheddar
- Red Ass Rhubarb, our most award winning wine made from rhubarb and raspberries, pairs with Spicy Coppa
Want to make things even easier? If you’re in the Black Hills Chef Jen will craft you a spread of her favorite meats and cheeses that you can take to your upcoming gathering.
- Meat & Cheese Platter: Chef’s selection of gourmet meats and cheeses. Serves up to 10 people, $45.
- Cheesecake Trio: Housemade chocolate creme de menthe, orange cranberry, and vanilla bean. Serves up to 12 people, $30.
