Frost Bite Wine Freeze

A pouch of Frost Bite Wine Freeze turns your favorite Prairie Berry Winery wine into a grown-up snow cone-like treat

Who doesn’t enjoy a frosty beverage on a sweltering day?

If you’ve been to Prairie Berry in the summer, you’ve likely been offered a sample of one of our wines mixed with Frost Bite Wine Freeze for a delightfully grown-up, snow cone-type treat.

Because of the sugar content in Frost Bite Wine Freeze, we recommend using drier wines, such as Pheasant Reserve or 3Rednecks, but sweeter wines will also work.

To make about 8 servings, you will need one 12 oz. packet of Prairie Berry Made Frost Bite Wine Freeze, one bottle of Prairie Berry Winery wine, water, a 2-quart lidded container, and freezer space.

Combine entire package of mix with 1 bottle (750ml) of wine. Fill empty wine bottle with water. Add water to wine/mix. Stir until mix is fully dissolved. Freeze for 6 or more hours.

Remove from freezer. Stir thoroughly. Distribute to glasses and enjoy!
