- Cooked bone-in or boneless ham, either a 3-4 lb. boneless or a 5-7 lb. bone-in
- 1 jar of Prairie Berry Made Spiced Orange Cranberry Jam
- 1-2 whole oranges, cut into segments
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Place ham in roasting pan. Brush a thin layer of jam over the ham. Place orange segments and rosemary in roasting pan around the ham.
After cooking for the first ½ hour, carefully slide roasting pan out of the oven and brush another layer of jam over the ham. Continue this every half hour until the ham is finished.
Any leftover jam you have will be perfect on your dinner rolls!
*Cooking time varies on the ham. Guidelines for a 350° oven and a finished internal temperature of 140°.
