A limeade that’s cool and … creamy?
Inspired by Brazilian Lemonade, the Razzicle matches Razzy Apple’s raspberry flavors with the tang of lime and gets an unexpected richness from the addition of condensed milk.
Makes 4-6 servings.
- 1 bottle Razzy Apple wine
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 7 oz. (1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk
- Lime slices and fresh raspberries for garnish
In a blender, mix the lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk until blended. Slowly add half the bottle of wine while continuing to blend. The mixture will froth up, so do not overfill the blender. (It’s okay to add less wine at this stage.)
Add the blended mixture to a pitcher along with the remaining wine and stir to mix. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime slice.
