Beat the summer heat with this frozen treat. Strawberry Fusion gets an extra infusion of fresh strawberries before freezing overnight into a grown-up take on the kids’ summertime classic.
Yield depends on the size of your popsicle molds.
- 1 bottle Strawberry Fusion wine
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 pints of strawberries, hulled and halved
Place strawberries in a blender and blend to a rough chop. Add the bottle of Strawberry Fusion wine and 2 cups of water, blend until you get a smooth puree.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
These grown-up treats are made with alcohol, so they may not freeze completely or may need an extra-cold freezer setting to fully set up.
