Wine Tasting Reservations
We are abiding by protocols and restrictions suggested by the CDC. We will continue to follow these suggestions to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. As restrictions change, we may alter our safety guidelines as well.
We will be operating tastings by reservation for the foreseeable future.
Yes, kids do count but babies under 12 months of age do not.
Due to social distancing measures, we cannot allow more than 6 per tasting area. If there is a family of 7 or more, they must be split into groups no more than 6.
We do not allow large bus groups. However, we can accommodate small tour groups of 10 or less, but they must split into groups of 6 or fewer for tasting reservations.
Yes, however we also offer wine flights which include three 2 oz. samples for $5. Please inquire about availability.
No, this is a generic confirmation that is sent to all orders, reservations, and purchases.
We allow walk-ins for reservation. Reservations may be booked every 15 minutes. We encourage booking a reservation time prior to arrival to ensure guests get their preferred time slot.
We do no not have a waitlist but we welcome you to check back on the website for openings or visit us directly for cancellations/ availability.
You will get a confirmation email with your reservation details, but we do not send out additional communications reminding guests that their time slot is coming up.
Absolutely, we allow visitors into the Tasting Room to shop and order food as well as for wine tastings.
To allow our staff to focus their attention on our guests, we have discontinued our to-go model for advance purchases. We are still packaging all Kitchen items in carryout packaging, and we welcome guests into the Tasting Room as capacity allows to shop for wine without doing a wine tasting.
Yes, as long as we are not at capacity, you may certainly use the restroom. Please follow signs and exit out of the appropriate door.
When You Arrive
We will be utilizing both the Tasting Room (1) and The Homestead (2) for wine tastings. Park wherever is convenient when you arrive and proceed to the greeting station at your tasting location to check in. The host will instruct you further.
We have lots of outdoor seating including the front lawn, concert lawn and outdoor patios. Once your reservation is ready, please see the host at the front winery door.
We have plenty of beautiful, outdoor spaces to enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you wait. We also encourage you to take the short walk to the Miner Brewing Company Taproom on the southwest side of our campus.
Yes. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation time to ensure your group is ready at the exact time. If you know you will be running late, please contact us so we may cancel your booking and help find a new reservation time that works with your schedule.
At this time, the Wine Club Lounge is in use as a tasting station. In its absence, we are happy to offer our Wine Club members three additional tastes as well as a 10% discount at the Kitchen Counter all summer long and tastings out of a Riedel glass. Thank you for being a member!
We are using the space for two months while we are unable to accomodate large groups for events, per CDC recommendations. Our reservations have strict social distancing protocols that we manage to. Private events will resume later in the summer with strict social distancing protocols for both guests and staff and we will continue to update our accommodations as CDC guidelines evolve.
We intend to offer public and private events in the future, we will follow CDC guidelines.
Plastic glasses are so that you may sit outside anywhere on campus.
