Spring is in the air and with it comes the sweet smell of rhubarb. As a tribute to winemaker Sandi’s father, Ralph, we are releasing his favorite wine, Uncle Ralph’s Rhubarb.

Sandi remembers her dad making rhubarb wine, and all the relatives associate rhubarb wine with “Uncle Ralph.” The updated label features his signature and a caricature of Ralph in the old red Ford that he, Matt (Sandi’s husband), and Sandi used to haul the the fruit back when all Prairie Berry wine started in his basement. This is one of Sandi’s favorite wines to make and she says it’s a family tradition to drink this wine with Easter dinner.
