PRAIRIE BERRY WINERY
We are grateful to have shared the last 25 years with our customers and guests. We had a vision of creating a world-class winery and brewery experience in the Black Hills of South Dakota and our customers and staff made that a reality. We will treasure those memories as we close Prairie Berry Winery and Miner Brewing Company at the end of 2024. We could never accurately express what it's meant to share our family tradition of South Dakota wines and beers with people from around the world.

From humble beginnings to a state-of-the-art production facility, many things have changed, but not everything.
Our winemaker, Sandi Vojta, has been experimenting with fermentation since she was a young girl. After graduating college with chemistry and biology degrees, she, her husband, and her father set out to create a unique South Dakota experience, founding Prairie Berry Winery in 1999.
