Frozen Rosy Assarita
Perfect for summer, our twist on the frozen margarita is sweet, tart, and perfect for a hot summer’s day.
Try it with chips and guac, or your Tex-Mex favorites.
Makes 6-8 servings.
- 1 bottleRosy Ass Rhubarb wine
- 1 bag of Wine Slush Mix
- 12 oz. margarita mix
- 12 oz. water
Mix together Prairie Berry Made Wine Slush Mix and bottle of Rosy Ass Rhubarb wine. Fill empty wine bottle with margarita mix and water, add to Wine Slush Mix and Rosy Ass Rhubarb. Let freeze overnight.
To serve, salt the rim of your glasses, scoop in the frozen mixture, and garnish with a lime wedge.
