Gold Digger Sour
Our Gold Digger Sour complements the delicate pear flavors of our Gold Digger wine with fresh thyme and lime juice.
Makes 4-6 servings.
- One bottle of Gold Digger wine
- 3 oz. fresh lime juice
- 6 sprigs of thyme
Muddle the thyme in the bottom of a shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into glasses over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime slice and sprig of thyme.
