White Wine Cheese Ball
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine, such as Buffaloberry Fusion, Anna Pesä Louka, or Anna Pesä Chenin Blanc
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts or pecans
Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until well-combined and form into a ball or log.
Spread paprika and chopped nuts in an even layer over a piece of waxed paper. Roll the cheese in the nut mixture until completely coated.
Wrap in waxed paper and chill in refrigerator for at least 6 hours before serving. Serve with various crackers.
